Today is the last day of school for Nicole and Paige. It’s actually the last day of Middle School for Nicole … EVER. After tomorrow, she’ll be a 9th grade Westwood Warrior! The fish bowl is only a few months away! She’s surviving all the many swim practices and did really well at the Time Trials last week. She’s spent most of this week studying in her room till the late hours prepping for finals.
Luckily, Paige is still enjoying of the fruits of 6th grade, which means little preparation for finals .. this year. She did just get a part in another Youth Guild play at the Sam Bass Theatre. She’ll be playing Tree Witch #2 in the The Witches at the end of the summer.
In 8 short days, Heath and I will be married … and in paradise! We are looking forward to the trip and so incredibly excited to be starting our life together as man and wife. I am officially that giddy bride gushing over her future husband. Doesn’t hurt that we’re headed for such a fabulous location, either ;)
So, with those few, small things happening all at the same time, you’ll have to forgive the lack of blogging since our scary thunderstorms a few weeks back. I assure you my next blog will be a good one – with PICTURES!!
